Our Helpline service and other ways to contact us

If you have a question about how the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995 affects you or think you may have experienced discrimination, you can use our helpline  and send us an enquiry form.

Conciliation service and legal strategy

We support an independent Disability Conciliation Service and aim to use our statutory powers to maximum effect.

Advisory groups

Our advisory groups help us make sure disabled people have a proper say in what we do. We have a Learning Disability Action Group and a Mental Health Action Group .
